Helped migrate 3,000+ directory objects during the Six Flags acquisition (hybrid Azure AD and on-prem), with no service interruption for users.
Wrote 10+ automation scripts that set up new computers and user accounts by themselves.
Managed company-wide accounts, access, and security policies across email, file shares, and internal apps.
Configured the phone and call-center systems, and kept the network healthy day to day.
